He starts in the Garage with his Friends (even his twin Sister and Nightmare Mario and Midnight). If he Escaped the Garage, You're Totally Screwed because he can run at a Dog's Running Speed. Calm him down by playing Somewhere Over The Rainbow by Isreal Kamakawiwo'ole.
