He's a little puppet made with plastic pipes.He has got a mask with blue sky eyes with three dark lines,two little cheeks.He has got red lips with two bloody lines at the estremeties.

- It's the only animatronic without a particular gender.
- It's the smallest of the Spooks,the shortest is Spook Foxy and the biggest is Spook Fredbear.
- Before,the Spook Puppet wasn't be in the Spooks.
- If it will be appeared in a game,the mechanic for catch it is hide in your bed.
- If it will be in a game,you can't see it in the gameplay,but only in his jumpscare.
- Spook Puppet have a particular hallucinogen gas that make the illusion of the objects' physical form changes.
- In the jumpscare,it's the only Spook that can changes the form of the face for the gas' effect.
